I want you to love your new jewelry.  All pieces are created by hand, so no two are exactly alike. Please allow for slight variances from what is seen at events. That's the beauty of handmade! Custom orders can take anywhere from 1-4 months.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

Quotes on bespoke orders are valid for 30 days and we reserve the right to change prices prior to confirmation of order depending on the fluctuation of material costs such as precious metals.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

A bespoke or customized order cannot be changed or cancelled once your deposit has been paid. This is your agreement and commitment to the order. The deposit will not be refunded if you choose to cancel your order once it has been confirmed and production started.

REPAIRS:

Imperfections are part of the essence of the brand however, if you feel your piece has a structural fault, please return it to us for a full inspection.

We assess repairs on a case-by-case basis. Due to the nature of our handmade jewelry, occasionally a stone may become loose. In this case we will endeavor to re-set it. We are committed to making our customers happy so please contact us as soon as possible if you experience any issues with your purchase.

RETURNABLE:

I will accept returns up to 10 days after the item is delivered for all Regular Stock items - this includes most necklaces, earring, and in-stock rings that have not been resized for you. MADE TO ORDER RINGS are considered custom and are not returnable (see below). 

You MUST send me an email through GMAIL informing me that you are intending to ship something back. Items returned must be in new condition in their original packaging. Please return your items by an insured delivery method, with plenty of padding, and retain proof of postage, as I cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit back to me. Refunds will be exclusive of postage costs, except in the unlikely event that you have received faulty goods.

NOT RETURNABLE:

All MADE TO ORDER RINGS are considered custom and are not returnable. Resizing is usually possible and exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis and may require a restocking fee. Please order carefully and ask any questions in advance of purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 10 days of receiving your order and I will do my best to help. Personalized orders are final sale with no exceptions. 

** Please make sure that your mailing address on your receipt is correct! No refunds or credits will be given to items lost or not delivered due to an incorrect address provided by you **

HOW TO PACKAGE JEWELRY FOR SHIPMENT: 

Please package any jewelry with plenty of padding; the original box in a padded mailer is ideal. 

DO NOT send it in a paper envelope designed for letters. The post office will send it through the sorting machine and it will likely be DESTROYED or lost. I will not be held responsible for any damage or loss in transit back to me and will have to charge you for repairs if repair is even possible.

RING RE-SIZING:

It is always best to get the sizing right on the first try. If you need help finding your size, please visit a local jewelry store to be measured.

If you do end up ordering the wrong size, I am able to re-size most of my ring designs. A $30-70 charge will be required, plus shipping, for most resizing. If it's a small stretch up or an easy fix, I am happy to waive this fee.

For my cast-in-place rings, it is best to get your size correct, I am only able to make sizes slightly smaller.  If you end up ordering the wrong size for this type of ring, a charge of $65-85 will be required.
